Salient Features

Rotating Basket
Excellent stability and safety assured by short basket and shaft assembly. Basket is made of Stainless Steel, reinforced by high-elastic-limit forged steel hoops so as to ensure absolute security.

Surveillance
Pneumatic valves located in a control unit control movements. Automated proximity detectors actively survey the functioning of the whole machine and check the operation.

Process Adjustments
Can be easily carried out on the operating terminal (Man-Machine-Interface MMI) mounted on the machine front side.

Drive Mechanism
Optimally designed compact digital DC variable speed drive with PLC control and MMI gives maximum no. of charges at less power.

Feed Mechanism
Two butterfly valves equipped with pneumatic cylinders are directly mounted on massecuite feeding pipe to control feeding into the machine

Casing
Casing is made out of mild steel. The inside of casing is so designed as to drain off the washings quickly.

Stainless Steel casings can be offered for refined sugar application.


	Special Features of 2512 Centrifugal Machines

New Basket Centering Device
Simple mechanism constituted by three rollers. This system provides an optimal centering of the basket during sugar unloading phase. Ploughing efficiency is thereby greatly enhanced. Reduced maintenance needs.

New Sugar Discharger Design
Combined with new basket centering device, it ensures an optimal cleaning of the screen and of the basket bottom due to new plough design incorporating new profile for the scraper and a wholly integrated air blowing.
