Salient Features:

Multi Fuel Firing System Fives Cail-KCP Limited's boilers are capable of using bagasse as well as furnace oil and wood as fuel. These fuels can also be used simultaneously depending on the needs	Boiler Control & Automation All boiler controls are fully automated using micro-processor based control system consisting of various control loops like 3 element level control, Steam pressure control, Draft control etc.	Bagasse Feeding System New design is incorporated which feeds bagasse into the furnace in a more distributed and controlled manner. Bunker feeding is also available on request.
Interstage Desuperheater For boilers of 45 Kg/cm² and above, interstage desuperheater is provided between primary and secondary superheaters to control temperature.	Self Supported Roof No building is required separately for the boiler. All structurals are optimally designed using state of the art software	Dust Level All boilers satisfy the requirement of stipulated Pollution control norms. To control the dust levels, Fives Cail-KCP Limited can offer Multi-cyclone dust collectors, Electro-Static precipitators etc. as per customer needs. Also low fly ash carryover is due to larger furnace with low gas velocities
High Efficiency Excess air is controlled to the minimum with effective burning by providing overfire nozzles and waste heat is recovered by economizer and air-pre-heater resulting in higher efficiency.	Dumping Grate Grate is cooled by pre-heated air required for combustion. And it is provided with metering hole resulting in greater combustion efficiency.
