Fives Cail-KCP Limited's conventional mills are well known within India and outside for their rugged construction, ease of operation and maintenance. More than 160 mills are working successfully in India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Mauritius.

The optional feature of inclined headstocks are unique and facilitate free float of top roller in the direction of resultant of forces of feed and discharge rollers.

Salient Features:

Baseplate Headstocks are with integral baseplate facilitating easy erection .	Brace Pins Top caps and side caps are easily removable due to the brace pin design adopted	Higher Dia Rollers Flexibility of accommodating higher dia rollers than normal sizes.
Hydraulic System Long ram hydraulic caps with self-aligning thrust rollers to facilitate free float of top roller.	Adjustability of Rollers Feed, discharge & fourth rollers are adjustable in both horizontal and vertical direction.	Scraper Scrapers on top rollers are of floating type.
