	Self Setting Mills

Fives Cail-KCP Limited's self setting mills are well known for their special features and good performance. Since its adoption into Indian market, more than 46 mills are working successfully in India and Vietnam.

The self setting mills are offered in two types:

Three roller with heavy duty feed roller

Four roller with three compressions

On comparision, 4 self setting mills of 3 roller design with heavy duty feed roller are equal to 5 conventional mills of same size.

And 4 self setting mills of 4 roller design with double trash plates are equal to 6 conventional mills of same size.

Salient Features:

Base Plate Headstocks are with integral baseplate facilitating trouble free erection.	Offset Feed Roller Feed roller is at a lower level than that of discharge roller facilitates free flow of juice and eliminating re-absorption	Rollers Rollers generally used are of different diameters for its constant ratio configuration.
Double Trash Plate (4 roller design) Double trashplate is for additional compression.	Adjustability of Rollers Feed, discharge rollers are adjustable without changing apex angle.	Scraper Scrapers on top rollers are of floating type.
